At Lumière Maison, each appointment is reserved with intention to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client. The following policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our services and schedule.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

To respect the time of all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payments

All appointments are reserved with full payment at the time of booking to ensure a seamless and exclusive experience.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of skincare treatments, results may vary from client to client.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to disclose all relevant skin conditions, allergies, medications, and treatments prior to their appointment. Lumière Maison is not responsible for adverse reactions when this information is not provided.

Service Guarantee

Our treatments are results-driven and customized; however, outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, condition, and consistency of care.

Right to Refuse Service

Lumière Maison reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with policies.
